Kindly Hearts
The Chicago NW Suburban Alumnae Association of Alpha Xi Delta is excited to bring Kindly Hearts to the Chicago NW Suburban community.
Alpha Xi Delta believes that all children deserve love and support. Children and youth experiencing foster care and homelessness do not always have access to the foundational needs that will help them realize their potential. That's why the Kindly Hearts Initiative will support children and teen experiencing foster care and homelessness.
Our Alumnae Association has identified a local organization, IL Foster Closet, to support. IL Foster Closet is a group of foster parents and friends who have come together to ease the stress on children who come into the Illinois Foster care. With the help of generous donors, they can provide foster families with necessities needed to help the children flourish in their homes. IL Foster Closet accepts both monetary donations and items from their Amazon Wish List. Contact us for more information.
